Business Development Manager - (Malaysia)

Ohmyhome is looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager who is hungry to elevate our one-stop property platform to new heights. You will join a dynamic team, work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams and be at the forefront of a fast-growing proptech startup with aggressive global expansion plans.


Job Description:

  • Monitor, measure, and report on potential clients via the Customer Relationship Management system to ensure standardised mechanisms for tracking and reporting.

  • Understand and develop strategies to grow clients in a profitable manner through a robust pipeline of opportunities while ensuring sales revenue targets are in line with KPI deliverables.

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations including sales, customer service, account management, marketing and business development.

  • Develop and manage operational budgets while performing periodic cost and productivity analysis in order to establish metrics for business to drive decisions.

  • Coordinate requirements, develop and negotiate contracts and integrate the contract requirements with business operations for execution.

  • Ensure vendor on-boarding and account management are executed within the guidelines of the company, including contract management, invoice tracking and governance adherence.


Working Hours:

  • 9 am-6 pm in the office

  • Monday to Friday

  • As and when work requires 

  • No overtime, weekend, public holidays compensation
