Business Development Manager - (Singapore)

Ohmyhome is looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager who is hungry to elevate our one-stop property platform to new heights. You will join a dynamic team, work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams and be at the forefront of a fast-growing proptech startup with aggressive global expansion plans.
Job Description:

Monitor, measure, and report on potential clients via the Customer Relationship Management system to ensure standardised mechanisms for tracking and reporting.

Understand and develop strategies to grow clients in a profitable manner through a robust pipeline of opportunities while ensuring sales revenue targets are in line with KPI deliverables.

Lead and manage day-to-day operations including sales, customer service, account management, marketing and business development.

Develop and manage operational budgets while performing periodic cost and productivity analysis in order to establish metrics for business to drive decisions.

Coordinate requirements, develop and negotiate contracts and integrate the contract requirements with business operations for execution.

Ensure vendor on-boarding and account management are executed within the guidelines of the company, including contract management, invoice tracking and governance adherence.
